Can I purchase through the website now?
Online checkout, public account sign-in and customer downloads remain closed. Stripe is the confirmed payment provider. The website is the primary place to review plans, purchase availability and support.
What do the plans include?
All paid plans include the current Distribution feature collection on one registered PC: $9.99 for 7 days, $19.99 for exactly 30 days, or $79.99 for lifetime. These are one-time USD purchases with no recurring billing or automatic renewal. A new timed term begins at successful license issuance after HWID registration.
What do I need to run Laze?
64-bit Windows, Lunar Client 1.8.9, an internet connection and a valid license registered to the intended PC. Start Lunar and enter a world before opening the official launcher; keep exactly one Lunar session running. Other clients, operating systems and future versions are not promised compatible.
Do I need to join Discord or open a ticket to receive a purchase?
No. Discord OAuth identifies your account, but server membership is not required. When sales open, verified Stripe payment and HWID registration lead to automated license issuance and authenticated downloads through the website account. Discord remains an optional community/support channel.
How does lifetime upgrade credit work?
Only the current active, issued, paid 7-day or 30-day term for the same license earns credit: its actual amount paid, without prorating or adding historical purchases. Subtract that credit from $79.99, then apply one eligible 15% partner discount to the remainder. A full-price $19.99 term leaves $60.00, then $51.00 with the discount. Expired, future queued, promotional, refunded or disputed terms do not qualify. See Pricing for more examples and quote timing.
What happens when my license expires?
Licensed use and protected downloads require active authorization. Expired purchasers retain purchase history and renewal access using the same Discord account when public sign-in opens. Expiry does not erase your purchase history. Customers without a paid subscription see Not Subscribed; this label does not mean recurring billing.
Can I extend timed access?
An additional timed purchase extends from the later of the current expiry or issuance time, preserving unused time and the existing key/PC binding. Queued future terms do not earn current upgrade credit. A lifetime license cannot be extended or downgraded through checkout. Suspensions and revocations cannot be bypassed by purchasing again.
How do HWID registration and resets work?
Register the exact identifier from the official HWID utility on your intended PC. Resets require manual support review, with a 30-day cooldown between approved resets. Contact Support for review; no automatic reset is promised, and hardware failure or replacement does not guarantee approval.
What does lifetime mean?
The current authority gives lifetime licenses no scheduled expiration. Future-version coverage, ongoing support commitments and discontinuation remedies require final review. No permanent compatibility or uninterrupted service guarantee is made.
What if my internet connection drops?
The launcher and runtime require online authorization and renewal. Temporary failures can recover within the existing signed lease. A sustained outage ends access when the signed lease expires; there is no unsigned offline grace.
What if payment or registration is interrupted?
Return to the same order with the same Discord account and retry registration with the same HWID. Do not pay again to fix a delay. A browser redirect alone does not establish payment or issuance. Contact support if recovery requires review.
How do I request a refund or get support?
Email support@lazeclient.com with your order reference and issue. The intended refund-request window is 24 hours, subject to applicable law, provider rules and exceptions for duplicate charges and failed delivery. It does not guarantee approval or remove mandatory rights. The complete Terms, Privacy and Refund policies remain visibly unfinished; checkout is closed pending review. Discord is optional.
