Status and mandatory rights
This is a proposed refund policy, not a finalized purchase condition. No payment is collected on this website today. Nothing here overrides existing purchase agreements, mandatory consumer remedies or payment-provider rules. Receiving a key, downloading software or starting use does not by itself waive statutory rights.
Request a review
The intended request window is 24 hours from purchase. Email support@lazeclient.com with your order reference, purchase date and a short explanation. This is a request window rather than a guarantee of approval. Applicable rights and appropriate exceptions, including duplicate charges and failed delivery, may apply after that window. Do not send a full card number, password, authentication token or license key.
Delayed or failed delivery
A browser return page, cancellation page or bank notification does not establish fulfilled payment. Once sales open, check the same order using the same Discord account. If HWID registration was interrupted, retry with the same HWID. Do not pay again to resolve a delay. Contact support if the order remains pending or requires review. Failure to deliver or a material mismatch remains subject to applicable remedies.
Compatibility and access issues
Check the Product page before purchasing: 64-bit Windows, Lunar Client 1.8.9, one registered PC and an internet connection are required. Report defects or access failures privately so the issue can be assessed. These requirements do not eliminate remedies for defective or misdescribed software. HWID reset review is separate from a refund request and does not guarantee a reset.
Refund handling and access
There is no customer-operated automatic refund endpoint in the current interface. The implemented workflow can hold delivery and suspend the entire linked license after a confirmed refund, including access accumulated from other purchases. Final entitlement allocation and fair remedies must be approved before sales; this draft does not adopt that technical hold as a blanket forfeiture rule. Refund method and processing time have not been approved, so no completion deadline is promised here.
Payment disputes
A payment dispute can hold delivery and trigger a license suspension for review. A favorable dispute outcome can restore only an unchanged workflow-owned suspension when other risks are clear, preserving the original expiry; it cannot reverse an owner revocation. External synchronization may be delayed by an outage. Customers retain lawful dispute and complaint options. Notice, appeal and accumulated-access allocation still require approval.
Digital supply and cancellation
Applicable cancellation and conformity rights depend on the customer’s jurisdiction and the legal classification of the offer. For example, EU distance-selling rules include withdrawal rights and specific conditions for immediate digital supply; downloading alone is not a universal waiver. Required information, separate acknowledgements and durable confirmation must be implemented and reviewed for supported markets before sale. The proposed 24-hour request window cannot replace mandatory rights.

Items awaiting approval
Approve refund method and processing targets, partial/full refund allocation across accumulated access, suspension notices and appeals, lifetime/discontinuation remedies, supported-market cancellation rules and digital-supply consent/confirmation.
These items prevent final policy approval; they do not prevent you from contacting support about an existing purchase.
